Fat Dragon Chinese Kitchen & Bar is a sustainable interpretation of classic Cantonese and multi-regional Chinese cuisine. Chef Fei Zhao, raised in the Guangdong province, brings authentic technique to locally sourced ingredients. Every dish respects the tradition while honoring the land it comes from.
